There are two areas to this page: Travelling..., Time and date of appointment.

In the Travelling... area, type in the patients postcode and select the To Facility: from the available list.

The date and time should be set for the patient's appointment time. The journey planner will automatically arrive the patient at the hospital a set period before their appointment (30 minutes). All journeys are planned as 'arrive by'.

Enter a time using the 24 hour clock (09:00 is nine in the morning, 21:00 is nine in the evening).

When you are happy you have put the right choices for your journey into this page, click on the find journey... button.
